Welcome to CalligraphyMaker.com. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services provided by ArtoMania Studio Pvt Ltd. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.

CalligraphyMaker provides a digital calligraphy generation service using proprietary AMS fonts. Our service allows users to:

• Generate calligraphy in Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, and English
• Download generated content in various formats (JPG, PNG, SVG)
• Access both free and premium features
• Use generated content for personal and commercial purposes (with appropriate paid plan)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our service.

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use our service to:

• Create calligraphy for personal use
• Generate content for commercial purposes (requires paid subscription or individual purchase - see our Commercial License Policy for details)
• Download and use generated content according to your plan

4.2 Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Generate content that is offensive, defamatory, or violates others' rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our proprietary fonts
• Resell or redistribute our service without authorization
• Use automated systems or bots to access the service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

All AMS fonts, technology, and content provided through CalligraphyMaker are owned by ArtoMania Studio Pvt Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws.

When you generate content using our service:

• You retain rights to your input text
• You receive a license to use the generated calligraphy according to your plan (see our Commercial License Policy for commercial usage rights)
• The underlying fonts and technology remain our property

For premium features and downloads:

• All payments are processed through Razorpay
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Payments are non-refundable as per our refund policy
• Subscriptions require manual renewal - no automatic billing
• You'll receive email reminders before subscription expiry

Content Generation: Our tool is not fully AI-based and does not understand context or meaning. Results may occasionally be inappropriate or incorrect. We are not responsible for any unintended outputs.

Service Availability: We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using CalligraphyMaker, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• Violation of others' rights
• Any action that harms our service or users

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
