Introduction

This Commercial License Policy governs the commercial use of calligraphy generated through CalligraphyMaker.com (operated by ArtoMania Studio Pvt Ltd). This policy applies to all users who have purchased a valid commercial license through our subscription plans or individual purchases.

By purchasing a commercial license, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your license and legal action.

What's Allowed (Permitted Uses)

With a valid commercial license, you are allowed to:

Use generated calligraphy for personal or commercial projects.
Use in both digital and print formats, including:
  • • Websites, social media, and mobile apps
  • • Business cards, posters, flyers, and packaging
  • • T-shirts, mugs, merchandise (for yourself or clients)
  • • Logos and brand identity design
Use for client work, including freelance or agency projects.
Print unlimited physical copies for commercial or promotional use.
Use in videos, presentations, or advertisements.
Use across multiple platforms and media with no limitation on impressions or views.
Modify or customize the calligraphy output as needed for your project.
Use in commercial templates only if the calligraphy is embedded as static artwork (not editable).

What's Not Allowed (Prohibited Uses)

Even with a commercial license, you may NOT:

Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the raw calligraphy files (JPG, PNG, SVG) as-is.
Upload or list the generated content on stock platforms (e.g., Adobe Stock, Shutterstock, Freepik, etc.).
Use the generated calligraphy in AI training datasets, NFTs, or blockchain-based projects.
Claim the artwork as your own original handwritten or vector design.
Use in inappropriate, illegal, misleading, or harmful content, including:
  • • Hate speech, violence, or discriminatory messages
  • • False endorsements or fake news
  • • Adult or explicit content
  • • Illegal activities or content
Include the generated calligraphy in editable templates for resale (e.g., Canva templates, design kits).
Share the raw files publicly or offer them for free download on any website or social platform.
Create, build, or maintain a library, collection, or database of generated calligraphy for redistribution, sharing, or commercial resale purposes, regardless of subscription status.

Additional Notes

• Each license is tied to the account that made the purchase and is non-transferable.

• We reserve the right to revoke access in case of violation of this license.

• For any extended or special use (such as broadcast TV, large campaigns, or mass production), please contact us for a custom license.

• Commercial licenses are automatically included with all paid subscription plans and individual purchases.

• Free users receive limited personal use rights only - commercial use requires a paid license.

License Verification

Your commercial license is automatically activated when you:

  • Subscribe to any of our paid subscription plans
  • Purchase individual downloads
  • Receive admin-granted custom plans

You can verify your current license status in your account dashboard. The license remains valid as long as your subscription is active or for individual purchases, permanently.
