Important Notice
CalligraphyMaker provides digital goods and services. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made or content has been downloaded.
One-Time Purchases
For single-item purchases (individual calligraphy downloads in PNG/SVG format):
- No Refunds: Once you have purchased and downloaded a calligraphy design, the sale is final
- Pre-Purchase Preview: We provide free JPG previews to help you make informed decisions
- Instant Delivery: Digital files are delivered immediately upon payment confirmation
- Quality Guarantee: If you experience technical issues with your download, we'll work to resolve them
Subscription Plans
Cancellation Policy
- Subscriptions expire automatically at the end of the billing period
- No cancellation needed - simply choose not to renew when prompted
- You retain access to premium features until your subscription expires
- No partial refunds for unused time in the billing period
Refund Policy for Subscriptions
- Monthly Plans: No refunds once the billing cycle has started
- Manual Renewal: Subscriptions require manual renewal - no automatic billing
- Downgrade: You cannot downgrade mid-cycle; changes take effect in the next billing period
Exceptional Circumstances
While our general policy is no refunds, we may consider exceptions in the following cases:
- Technical Failure: If our service fails to deliver the purchased content due to technical errors on our end
- Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same purchase
- Service Unavailability: If our service is unavailable for an extended period during your subscription
- Account Access Issues: If you're unable to access your account due to issues on our end

How to Cancel Your Subscription
- Log in to your CalligraphyMaker account
- Go to Account Settings or Subscription Management
- Click on "Cancel Subscription"
- Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation
- You'll receive an email confirmation of your cancellation
If you encounter any issues with cancellation, please contact our support team immediately.
Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider:
- Please contact us first at support@calligraphymaker.com
- Allow 48 hours for our team to investigate and respond
- Provide order details and explain the issue clearly
- We'll work with you to resolve the matter promptly
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in permanent account suspension.
Free Services
For our free services (JPG generation and downloads):
- No refunds apply as no payment is required
- Free services are provided "as is" without warranties
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free services at any time
Refund Request Process
If you believe you qualify for a refund under our exceptional circumstances policy:
- Email us at support@calligraphymaker.com within 7 days of purchase
- Include your order/transaction ID
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- Attach any relevant screenshots or documentation
- Allow 3-5 business days for review and response
Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our service after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
